We are delighted to offer two exclusive properties that enjoy the prime location in this most prime of locations.

Villa 189
This is a duplex air-conditioned villa with two bedrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom; the second bedroom, with twin beds, has an adjacent shower room. The villa has a gorgeous garden and terrace with amazing sea views, as well as its own private plunge pool. Throughout, the decor and fittings are modern, comfortable and stylish.
You have full use of Patara Prince Resort’s superb facilities as a resident of Villa 189, including the large family pool, the circular adults-only pool, tennis courts and private bathing platforms set by the cleanest, clearest waters in the Mediterranean. You will also have exclusive rates for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a 10% reduction for Elixir clients. Patara has a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes, including an a la carte restaurant with lovely views of the bay and the glittering lights of the town.
Villa 189 is ideal for families with younger children, or couples travelling together, but it also offers extra accommodation for a larger group. Stone steps from the garden lead down to the Architect's Suite, which can be booked with Villa !89 to provide fully self-contained accommodation for up to three couples - perhaps mum, dad and the children on the upper level, with grandparents in the Architect's Suite.
The Villa and the Suite are cleaned every day, with a linen change three times a week.

The Architect's Suite

So called because Turhan Kaso himself lived here when visiting Patara Prince Resort, The Architect's Suite provides comfortable accommodation for a couple, complete with those fabulous views. Note that the kitchen, with its hob and fridge, is ideal for snacks and light breakfasts, but is not really suitable for cordon bleu cooking.
Again, as a guest in the Architect's Suite you have access to Patara Prince Resort’s facilities. And, of course, Kalkan itself is a short shuttle boat/ taxi ride away, with its myriad cafes, boutiques and bars.
Together, or separately, Villa 189 and The Architect's Suite give you all the convenience and comfort of a classic resort, with all the privacy of self-catering accommodation.
